Orders

  1. How can I place an Order?
  • For registered customers: Sign in, add items to your bag, proceed to checkout, select address, choose payment method, and confirm your Order.
  • For guests: Add items to your bag, proceed to checkout, enter shipping/billing information, and confirm your Order.
  1. How do I search for an item on the website?
    Click on the search icon, enter the item code, and press Enter.
  2. Can I reserve my Order online?
    Unfortunately, you cannot reserve your Order online.
  3. How will I know if Afeera Designers has received my Order?
    The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation. If not received, please contact Customer Services.
  4. Can I modify an Order after placing it?
    Unfortunately, changes are not possible after placing an Order. If not processed, cancel and place a new Order.
  5. How can I check the status of my Order?
    Click on the Track Your Order link.

    Starting from Rs. 120 on all orders.

    Delivered over land by leading third-party courier companies.
  3. Can I ship my order outside Pakistan?
    International shipping is available.
  4. What should I do if I have missed my delivery?
    Courier partners attempt delivery twice. On the second failure, the order will be canceled.
  5. Can I get the Shipping or Billing Address of an Order changed after it has been processed?
    Call us at +92 346 5988844. The address cannot be modified after processing.
  6. What is the difference between “Order ID” and “Tracking ID”?
    Order ID identifies your Order. Tracking ID is sent once dispatched.
